Two fully automated 8,000 kg presses have just been installed in their winery, gigantic pieces of gear ensuring the softest of pressings.
Ageing in casks for some cuvées and maturing in bottles on lathes ensure exceptional, authentic champagnes.
Every single stage in the production of our champagnes is performed and strictly monitored by ourselves. |
